Overloaded Bicol Express with Coconut Milk

Ingedients:

Pork Cubes 1 kg

Coconut Milk 500 ml

Pepper 1 tbsp to taste

Salt 2 tsp to taste

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Green Beans minced 2 cups

Red Oinions,Sliced 3pcs

Cooked Shrimp Paste 3 tbsp

Red and Green peppers 3pcs each to taste

Chili powder 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Saute the red onions in hot oil

Add the pork

Add the shrimp paste

Add the chilies

Let it simmer in medium heat until thick

Add the beans and season it with chili powder, salt and pepper

Simmer in medium heat for another 5 minutes

Serve it with rice
