Super Crispy Lechon Kawali

Ingredients:

500g Pork Belly

Baking Powder

Salt

Oil

Water

Procedure:

Simmer the pork belly for about an hour in salted water

Dredge the skin with baking powder

Let the pork rest, let it dry for atleast an hour after cooking

Deep fry it until crispy
