So avocado brownies sounds weird, but apparently you can change butter with avocado and still its delicous, much healthier brownies!
They are pretty healthy brownies. They got a good texture and most people think the tasete was pretty good until they tired on the classic brownies.
These will never compare to the real deal, but that is almost always the case with health change. So if you are making healthy desserts, there are so much worth a try.
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tspn salt
2 tspn vanilla extract
8 ounces mashed avocado (2 avocados)
Preheat the oven to 275˚F/135˚C
Beat the eggs in medium speed until fluffy and light yellow
Add sugar and beat in low speed until well blended
Add the remaining ingredients and beat together on low speed
Pour brownie batter into a greased and floured 8inch square pan
Bake for about 50 to 55 minutes
Allow to cool before slicing and serve
