I treat myself a pretty adventurous eater and i will try just about all, but im not always so brave. When i was 8, i thought a ham sandwich was the greatest culinary finding of all time. By grade 8th, i was eating more and thought my dad beef stroganoff was revolutionary. Fish, however was totally out of the question. If only i had known about this recipe.
4 6 oz salmon fillets
3 tablespoon Buffalo style hot suace
1/3 c. panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the over to 425 degrees . grease the baking sheet with the cooking spray or vegetable oil.
- Whisk it together hot sauce and melted butter.
- Toss panko with ranch seasinong and olive oil in small bowl.
- Put salmon on the baking sheet, skin side down. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Spoon buffalo sauce on to each fillet then sprinkle panko evenly on the top, pressing to coat. Bake it until the fish is cooked through and the panko is golden, for about 15 mins. Drizzle it with extra buffalo sauce if you want.
