Yan and Marcelino are now facing possesion of dangerous drugs before the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 17.

The conversation was between the interpreter Yan Yi Shou alias Randy and Marcelino, on the alleged plan to transfer the shabu lab in Sta. Cruz, that was under surveillance of PDEA.
The transcription which is allegedly a self recorded telephone conversation, mentioned a certain name Tony who is allegedly the designated recipient of the shabu.
Ferdinand Marcelino had maintained that he had nothing to do with this operation of the shabu laboratory.
He imposted that he was in the area during the drug raid to get some intelligence information under the so called Oplan Moses.
When Ferdinand Marcelino is arrested, he called a certain code name “Perseus” abd asked for assistance so that the military officials can contact the raiding team the he would not be arrested and charged by PDEA and PNP.
