• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 eggs
• 5 potatoes peeled
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 7 to 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
• 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 8 to 10 slices of ham
• 5 slices bacon crumbled and cook
• 1/4 cup parslet chopped
≥ Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
≥ Slice the peeled potatoes into 1/2 cm slices.
≥ Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, toss them to make sure they are coated evenly.
≥ Press a layer of potatoes into the bottom of a greased square pan.
≥ Place the half of ham slices evenly on the top of the potatoes, follow by half of the slice cheese.
≥ Follow with another layer of potatoes then the remaining cheese and ham.
≥ Sprinkle the parsley and bacon evenly on the top of the slices cheese and place 1 final layer of potatoes on the top.
≥ Sprinkle the shredded cheese in the top of potatoes then press it into an event layer.
≥ In a small bowl mix the eggs and heavy cream. Pour it on the top of shredded cheese.
≥ Bake for at least 40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
≥ Cool it slightly slice and serve!
