The Sandiganbayan affirm Friday it is denial of ex Senator Jinggoy Estrada motion to dismiss the graft charge against him in connection with the P10 billion pork barrel scam.
In its decision the anti graft court 5th division said that Jinggoy motion for reconsiderations is denied for lack of merit.

The Ombudsman said Jinggoy unilaterally choose the Napoles NGO to implement projects funded using his priority development assistance fund or PDAF despite deficiencyof public bidding and proper evaluation.
