• 1/2 c semi sweet chocalate chips
• 3 Granny smith apples
• 3 tablespoon butter
• 1 c jarred caramel sauce
• 1 c coconut flakes
- Slice the apples into 1/4 thick slices. Use small biscuit cutter or melon baller to removes the core from the apple. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, add the coconut flakes and caramel sauce, stir to combine. Spoon caramel coconut mixtures on each apple slices.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, combine butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 sencond intervals, stir in between, until its fully melted. Drizzled the melted chocolate on the apple slices and serve.
