A study at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, found that sleeping in the buff could help your swimmers. Sleeping in tighter boxer shorts can raise the temperature of your testicles and damage your sperm production. The study found that guys who slept in boxers had 25% more ‘DNA fragmentation’ than men who slept in the nude.
